Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Have all seals, labels, and packaging intact.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened skincare products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Clear photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request:

- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending any item back.
- Package the item securely and return it according to the instructions provided.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we will cover the return costs where applicable.
- If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase, including M-Pesa where applicable.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order once your return request has been completed and approved.
